Mrs. Lottie Jean Hood Daniels' Obituary
Lottie Jean Hood Daniels, a lifelong resident of Meridian, Mississippi was born on January 22, 1943, to the late Willie and Sadie Mae Brown Hood. At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church where she served as a choir member and on the usher board. Lottie attended Mt. Barton Elementary School and TJ Harris High School. She was employed at Avery Dennison for 25 years until her retirement. Lottie united in holy matrimony to the late Promise C. Daniels. She was a loving, kind, devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was very caring and giving and she loved her family very dearly. She loved to complete crossword puzzles, read and cook. She also loved crafting. She leaves to cherish her love and memories her children, Annette Hood, Jimmy Hood, Joyce Hood and Sadie Hood; grandchildren: Ramon Hood, Teairia Gibbs, Akemus Hood, Tasha Hood, Kristy Hood, Mersadies Hood, David Hood and Andrea Hood; great grandchildren: Tamiera Gibbs, Miyyah Adams, Krishawn Outland, Taylor Gibbs, Kierstyn Outland, Araina Hood, and Dallas Hood; siblings: William Inge, lsacc Washington, Andrew Inge, Elijah Inge, Ralph Hood, Emma Hood, Corabell Hood-Reed, and Vera Dean (Eddie); a special niece, Gloria Inge-Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
