Mrs. Lula M. Grace's Obituary
Lula M Grace was born June 30, 1939 to the late Fletcher and Louvenia Ellerby Rush in DeKalb, MS. She departed this earthly life on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Lula Mae gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a member of New Hope Blackwater Baptist Church until death. She retired from Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a hardworking, loving, kind-hearted woman. Lula Mae leaves to cherish her memories her children: Margaret Grace, Stephanie Jenkins, and Jimmy Grace, Jr; 4 stepchildren: Larnie (Brenda) Hearn, Dora Hearn, Dennis Hearn, and Marvella (Phyllis) Campbell; 2 sisters-in-law: Sara Cater and Jennifer Gowdy; 2 brothers-in-law: Willie Grace and James Grace; 12 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was proceeded in death by her father and mother, her husband: Jimmie D. Grace, her daughter: Mae E. Parnell, sisters: Oathea Rea Benoman, J Ruth Hull, and Helen Rush; brothers: J W Rush and Roosevelt Rush; son-in-law: Larry Jenkins; brothers-in-law: TB. Grace, Dewey Grace, & Bob Hull; sisters-in-law: Bonnie Odom, Daisy Jimmerson, Roberta Hearn, JoAnn Sparrow, & Alzena Rush.
