Mrs. Lula Bell Moore Love's Obituary
Mrs.Lula Bell Moore-Love was born in Porterville, MS on May 27, 1930 to Mr. Nadie and Mrs. Lulu Mobley Moore.Lula joined Saint John Primitive Baptist Church at an early age. Lula remained faithful at Saint John Primitive Baptist until late in life. She later became a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Meridian, MS. Lula remained an active member until her health begin to fail. She loved God, her family and Mount. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Family. Lula worked as a homemaker for many years for Mr. and Mrs. Walter Eppes and Mrs. Bailey. The last job that Lula worked at was Davin's clothing store downtown Meridian. In July 2013 she became a resident at Bedford Care Center in Marion, MS. Lula remained energize and loved to take morning walks while in her late 70s. She loved people. At 90 years old Lula was vibrant and full of laughter, love and personality. She never meet a stranger and loved to have a long conversation. On Thursday, November 26, 2020 Lula was rushed to Rush Foundation Hospital where she departed her earthly life. God called her home to be free of pain and heartaches for it was His will to not have her suffer She was preceded in death by her parents, Nadie and Lulu Moore, her 13 siblings, her husband Bennie Love, two sons; Ronnie Earl Moore and Alvin Bruce Love. Lula leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy her four children: Linda Clayton (Jerry-deceased) Meridian, MS; James Love (Evelyn) Meridian, MS; Michelle Kilgore (Dexter) Conyers, GA; and April M. McGlothin of Meridian, MS. Grandchildren: Shawn Battle, Jeremy Clayton, Semajj Collins, Destiny Kilgore, Genesis Kilgore, Sediarrian Lewis, Malaeshia Love, Miyatah Love, Jermaine Moore, Kentese and Tierria McGlothin-Ogiamien. She has a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
