Mr. Marcus Delk's Obituary
One of seven children Marcus was born September 12, 1982 to Jacklyn Delk and M.C. Cole Jr. in Lauderdale County Mississippi. The Lord called him home on Thursday June 2, 2016. Marcus was a remarkable compassionate young man who displayed a Christian example for Many young people. He was a loyal son, Father, Brother, Grand Son who believed in the family unit. Marcus attended Meridian Public Schools and graduated from Meridian High School in 2001. He worked at East Mississippi State Hospital for numerous years. A family man indeed, he was always overflowing with love for his children and family. Marcus leaves to cherish his memories: His Mother Jacklyn (Raymond) Walker, Temecula California, His Father M.L. Cole Jr. (Kimberly) Atlanta Georgia. One Daughter Amiah and Two Sons Amari and Austin Ryan Delk, Meridian, MS.Three Sisters Raevyn, Rachal and Dominique Walker, Temecula California. Maya Cole, Maryland, Adrin and Meagan Cole, Atlanta Georgia. One Brother Dion Walker, Temecula California. More than grandparents they cared for him from the beginning of his life until God called him home. These two were his inspiration, and motivation.
