Ms. Marice Sharon "Lynn" Alford's Obituary
Marice Sharon Lenzenia Alford was born on August 16, 1972 to the late A.C. Alford and Mildred Alford in Meridian, MS. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal savior, Recently, she rededicated her life to Christ at Greater Calvary M.B. Church.
Lynn, as she was known by many, was a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School.
In 1996, Lynn and the late Ronald Terrell gave birth to her only child, her pride and joy, Diego Alford.
On Friday, April 5, 2024, Lynn peacefully entered into eternal rest at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her father A.C. Alford; one brother A.C. Alford Jr; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memories her mother Mildred Alford; son, Diego Alford (fiancé Karlee); two grandchildren, Nyla and Elijah Alford; one sister, Mae Alford ; six brothers, Willie Alford (Jennie), H.B. Alford (Patsy), Ace Alford, Chubby Alford, Harold Alford (Pamela) and Eric Alford; one uncle Billy Alford; a longtime companion, Kenny Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She will be forever loved and missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
