Mr. Marshall Brown, Jr.'s Obituary
Marshall Brown, Jr. was born April 29, 1949 to Marshall Brown, Sr. and Annie Lucille Booker Brown. Marshall accepted Christ at an early age. He grew up in the Meridian area. He graduated from T.J. Harris High School class of 1967 with honors. He went on to enlist in the U.S. Navy where he served on the USS Enterprise anchored in the Pacific during the Vietnam War. After his tenure with the Navy, he was married to Addie Dianne Scott to this union Kevin, Vincent, Eric and Jamal was born. Based in the Gulf of Mexico, Marshall worked for the past 30 years as a consultant in the Petroleum Oil Industry.
His new life with his Lord and Savior began March 3, 2017. Those left to cherish his fond memories are his wife Addie Dianne Brown (Spring Hill, TN), Kevin Brown (Chauna) Portland, OR, Vincent Brown (Kimesha) Meridian Eric Brown (Sandra) Meridian; a daughter, Yolanda Larkin (William) Aurora CO. Marshall is survived by loving and caring sisters, Violet Smith (Meridian), Tanya Balthzar Armstrong (Columbus, OH) Kenya Burns (Columbus, OH) and Juan Burns (Monroe, LA). He leaves benevolent brothers Bobby (Meridian), Christian Burns (Meridian), Gregory Burns (Diane) Pensacola, Florida; an affectionate Aunt, Liz A. Booker Coleman (Meridian); special sisters-in-law, Jackie, Lisa and Marie; special brothers-in-law, John and Robert; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Marshall Brown, Sr., Annie Lucille Brown, Paternal grandparents, John and Alberta Brown, Maternal grandmother, Velma Croft and son Jamal Brown.
