Chico was a bright spot in our days at Riley Hospital. He was never without a smile Orr an impromptu mini dance, especially during Meridian High School’s football season. Chico was a good man with a big and loving heart. If there is an unusually bright star in the Heavens, that’s Chico smiling down. RIP, my friend.
