Mr. Michael Anthony Doughty's Obituary
On December 14, 1954 a baby boy was born to Hannah Flynn and Edward "Hazard" Doughty. Michael "Tyga" Doughty was a wonderful, phenomenal, and complicated man. He grew up with a Christian mom. He joined the army and went to Vietnam at age 17 and returned home and became a member of the "Black Panthers". He then became Muslim FOI. He confessed his life to Christ later in life. Tyga always talked about graduating with a Ph.D from UCLA. Instead he became a professional heroin dealer on the upper corner of Lennox Avenue in New York City. In his later years he devoted his time to mentoring the youth of the city. Tyga was called home on January 22, 2017. He will be truly missed ... .. He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted wife Tonya Fox Doughty; Nine biological children and hundreds upon thousands of "adopted" children. His children are Jasmin Doughty (Staten Island); Jason Doughty; Damon Doughty; Denea Doughty; and Monique Doughty (all of New York); Quvonda Henderson (New Orleans); Tracye Gray (Meridian); Laton Doughty (New Orleans); Tyiesha Doughty (New Orleans); Hannah Saunders (New York); Mikey Doughty II (Meridian); Hannah Forsythe (a beloved niece named after his mother). Michael . ' "Tyga" Doughty was "Dad" to many more including Devon Brown; Kyriell Short (Meridian); Jahari "Pierre" Adisa (Kentucky); Simone and JQ Henry (Meridian) and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
