Mr. Michael R. Henderson's Obituary
Brother Michael R. Henderson age 64 went to sleep February 1, 2017 doing what he loved best, "working”. Born to Louvenia Henderson and Lawerance Durr on August 4, 1952. He was a faithful hardworking husband and father. He was married to the late Sister Rose Hutton Henderson and to this union four children were born. He was baptized into the Pentecostal Church of God under the administration of Bishop J.J. Sears, where he served as bible school superintendent under the administration of Bishop Evins until his passing under the administration of Bishop A. Stephens. He was a great singer, his song was, "You Don't Know What I Come To Do”. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife -Sister Rose K. Henderson, two brothers: Robert and Richard Henderson, sisters Gloria Morris, LaVera Sims, Naomi Ruth Ford, and Corrine Little. He leaves to cherish fond memories his children and grandchildren, Andrico of Houston, Texas, Michele Alford, Chantel, and Michael A., of Meridian, nine grand children, six great grandchildren; special friend Joyce Ann Brewster and Tugga Brewster, and Tommy Lewis, brother Elder Larry Henderson (Liza) of Ridgeland, MS. Avery Henderson (Trina) of Cleveland, Ohio, seven sisters, Bera L. Bellof Fort Payne, Alabama, Linda Joseph, Elaine Joseph, Ada Owens and Joyce Hudson of Cleveland, Ohio, Deirdre Houston (Louis), Cynthia Batte (Augustine), sister-in-law Sister Lottie Martin, Amos Hutton, brother-in-law , members of the Pentecostal Church of God and a host of other relatives and friends.
