Mrs. Minnie B. Avery's Obituary
Minnie Bell Avery was born October 26, 1938 in Bailey, MS to the late Floyd and Rosie Bel Brown. She was the fourth child out of a family of ten. She departed her earthly life and entered into her Heavenly Home on September 12, 2019.
Mrs. Minnie accepted Christ at an early age. She was an active member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Minnie was a selfless woman of GOD who created us to call her momma and grandma. She was a kind woman who was loved by every-one. Her smile always warm your hearts and brighten your day. She was 1 a caring and giving person who would give you anything. Minnie married the love of her life the late John David Avery; to this union 8 children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband: John David Avery; two granddaughters: Marquita V. Clayton and Latoya Donwell; one great granddaughter: Jaylex Joi Vawters; Five brothers: Floyd Brown Jr., Henry Brown, Lewis Ray Brown Sr., Robert T. Brown, and Milton Brown: Two sisters: Lula Mae Williams and Ora Lee Burage. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her eight children. Kathy Hyde (Manuel) of Marina, California, Rosie Mary Clayton (James), Joann Jennings (Jerry), John Paul Avery, Johnny Ray Avery (Tracey B.), Sandra Avery; Fredrick Avery (Tekeila), and Angela A very ( Stevie) all of Meridian, MS. Two sisters Sylvia N. Williams (Edgar), and Emma Cole both of Meridian, MS. She also leaves to cherish her memories twenty grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
