Nellie Mae Nicks was born on February 25, 1954 to the union of Mr. Jessie Nicks & Mrs. Annie Dunnigan Nicks. Nellie was a loving Aunt in her own way and was always there for her nieces and nephews. Whether she was fussing at them, popping them, or playing with them, she was there. She will truly be missed by all, especially those who saw her everyday. Nellie May Departed this life on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in Anderson Hospital Meridian, Ms. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents Mr. Jessie & Annie Nicks, A sister Martha Ann Nicks Jordan, two nieces, Abbie Jordan Johnson & Mary Ann Kelly, One great-nephew Antoino Jordan, Two great-great nephews Jeremy Sands Jr. & Antoino Riley, A very special Aunt and Uncle Tom & Ora Erving, and a special cousin Ollie Mae Howell. She leaves to cherish her memories , two sisters, Ora Diane Nicks Thomas (Billy), and Eva Lee Nicks Kelly, both of Meridian, Ms. Six nieces, Margie Beamon (Robert), and Margaret Ann Carter both of Lawrence, Ms. Ms. Kathy Jordan of Gulfport, Ms, Tamakia Thomas, Annie Marie Kelly, Meissa Thomas all of Meridian, Ms. Four Nephews: Alton Jordan Jr. of Decatur Ms, Anthony Kidd, Derek Kelly, and Billy Thomas Jr. all of Me-ridian, Ms. Six great nieces, seven great-nephews, fifteen great-great Nieces, nine great-great nephews, and a special set of cousins, Ora Mae Lake, Gary and Kenny Dunnagan all of Gulfport, Ms. Carolyn Dunlap of Gulfport, Barbara Jane Ealey of California, and Willie Joe (Bud) Dunnigan of New Haven Ct., one god nephew Rayvone, and a Host of cousins, other relatives, and friends
