Norvell Bland was born on April 7, 1952 to the late Otis Lawrence Sr & Elee Rice-Dillard. Norvell grew up in East St. Louis, Illinois and later moved to Weir, Mississippi.
Norvell lived a care-free life and was known for his quiet and reserved personality. His love for fast cars, fishing and writing gave him much joy.
Mr. Norvell Bland, 72, of Weir, died Saturday, June 27, 2024 at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson. He leaves to cherish his memories one son, Keith Allen; his daughters, Norvella Cosby, Tashawndia Renee Ward and a host of family and friends.
