Mrs. Ora Lee Burage's Obituary
On September 11, 2019 the Angel of the Lord said unto her, Servant, well done. Come take your rest. Ora Lee Burage, second oldest of ten children was born to the late Floyd and Rosie Bell Brown on August 30, 1934. She passed away peacefully at home in Meridian Mississippi, surrounded by family and friends. Mrs. Burage accepted Christ at a young age and was an active member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church for over 45 years. She graduated from Bailey High school where she received her high school diploma. Mrs. Burage was married to the late Henry Burage in 1952. To this union three sons were born. She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons: Roy C. Burage (Alleda Glass) of Eastaboga AL, Billy R. Burage, Kalvin B. Burage of Meridian, MS. God daughter Mary Winters of Kosciusko, two Sisters: Sylvia N. Williams (Edgar) and Emma Cole both of Meridian MS., numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends. Proceeded her in death by five brothers: Floyd Brown Jr., Henry Brown, Louis Ray Brown, Robert T. Brown and Milton Brown, two sisters: Lula Mae Williams and Minnie Bell Avery.
