Mr. Earl Otis Allen was born November 19, 1945 to the late Miss Lily George Allen. He was a member of New Jerusalem until he departed life. He was united in Holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Ollie Carter Allen. He leaves to cherish his memory: four sons: Tom c. Harris of New Jersey; Otis Heinz of Cleveland, OH; Earl Carter of Cleveland, OH; one daughter, Sarah (Frank) Cater of Shubuta, MS; one brother, Jessie Cater. He left behind 30 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Lamar Cater; 3 sisters, Essie Cater Cressida Mae Travis
