Mr. Ozie "Sug" Green, Jr.'s Obituary
Ozie “Sug” Green, Jr. was born on March 2, 1958 in Meridian, MS to Rosie Green and the late Ozie Lee Green Sr.
Known to numerous family and friends as “Pimp Daddy Sug” and “Sug Knight”, he began working in the construction business for himself, which he worked for many years painting and installing drywall. some hobbies of Sug were playing cards, dominoes, gardening, and listening to music with family and friends.
Ozie departed this life on May 18, 2019 at Rush Foundation Hospital surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ozie Green Sr; his son, Jaquarius Dunnigan; his sister, Angela Green; two aunts: Marylee and Legertha Portis; two uncles: James and Samuel Portis; and one nephew, Daontrelle Green.
Ozie leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Margie Green; his mother, Rosie Green; daughter, Jessica (Brennet) Williams; son, Ozie Beason; step-daughters: Priscilla (Marcus) Green and Kenyada Dunnigan; step-son, Jacoby Dunnigan; sisters: Ellis (Jerry) Green; Brenda Landrum and Loria “Ann” Hampton; brothers: Jerry (Clemmie) Green, James Green, and Marcus (Priscilla) Green; ten grandchildren; six aunts, three uncles, numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends. He will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.
