Ms. Pamela Young's Obituary
Pamela Young was born on September 28, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to Vera and Hildred Young. She was a faithful member of St. Mary Baptist Church in Shubuta, Mississippi where she sang in the Choir. Pamela graduated from Whitney Young Magnet High School. She was also a college graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois She was employed with the State of Mississippi for 25 years as a Division Director at the Meridian Regional Office. She was looking forward to her retirement in June of this year. Pam leaves to cherish her memories: Her parents: Vera and Hildred Young of Shubuta, MS; two sons: Rashad Wallace and Rakeem Young and one daughter Rashundra Young and two grand children, Na Ion Johnson and Navon Johnson and arriving soon Phoenix Joyce. One special daughter, LaToya Gray, a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. Three special Cousins: Derryl McCarty, Donna Staten and Phylandus Turner.
