Mr. Percy L. Carson was born in Holmes County on June 12, 1937 to the late Mrs. Leonia a Brown and Mr. Ed Goins. He departed his life on December 5, 2014 at Jeff Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, four brothers, one sister, and one daughter. He leaves to cherish a loving wife Mrs. Barbara A. Carson; two stepdaughters Tameka McCarty of Meridian, MS and Tineshea Brewster of Denton, TX; two sons Percy Jerome Carson (Naomi) of Meridian, MS and Richard Carson of Atlanta, GA; five sisters Ms. Mozelle Washington, Ms. Ethel Seay, and Ms. Princella Harris all of Milwaukee, WI, Ms. Mazzie Strigglers of Detroit, MI, and Ms. Easter Carson of Kosciusko, MS; One brother Mr. Willie Carson of Mobile, AL; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
