Mr. Peter Lee Chester, Jr.'s Obituary
Peter Lee Chester, Jr was born on May 19, 1956 to Rev. & Mrs. Peter Lee Chester, Sr. in St. Louis, MO. He was the first born of six children. Peter attended grade school and graduated high school in St. Louis, MO. After high school, he enlisted into the United States Navy, where he served for three years before receiving Honorable Discharge.
Peewee, as he was affectionately known, married Melynda Denise Tubbs in Chicago, Illinois where he lived for many years.
ON August 13, 2000 Peter was baptized by Reverend Samuel Hinkle. He was preceded in death by two brothers David Wayne Chester and Mark Anthony Chester.
he leaves to cherish his memories: His parents, Reverend & Mrs. Peter Lee Chester, Sr; one daughter; one sister, Sandra D. Carr ( Everne); two brothers: Phillip A. Chester (Laura) and Richard Chester; and a host of grandchildren, stepchildren, God-sisters, a God-brother, aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and friends who will miss him.
