Mrs. Quincy Erma Twilley's Obituary
Mrs Quincy Erma Twilley, was born on January 15, 1935 in Lauderdale County, Mississippi to the late Eddie Excell Trussell and Iona McDonald Trussell . Quincy Erma Twilley accepted Christ at an early age and joined Friendship Baptist Church in Collinsville, Mississipi. She was married to the late Luther James Twilley and to this union they were blessed with four wonderful children. Quincy peacefully transitioned into her eternal season of life on Friday, May 6th. She was surrounded by her son, the family will be forever grateful for God's faithfulness and provisions throughout her life. She leaves to cherish loving memories: One son, Senior Chief Petty Officer (Ret) Larry D. Twilley, Navy (Meridian, MS) three daughters, Col (Ret) Gloria Twilley, USAF, (Alexandria, VA); Jeanette Twilley (Meridian, MS) and Gail Twilley (Meridian, MS). Two brothers Curt (Gerturde) Trussell and Wendell(Ann) Trussell both of Collinsville, MS, two sisters-in-law, Mary (the late Clarence) Trussell of Mobile, AL and Hazel (the late Willie Cleveland) Trussell of Collinsville, MS, two step brothers and one step sister. A host of special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that loved and will miss her dearly.
