Ms. Rachel NaToya Clayton was born on March 18, 1985 to William Abraham Smith Sr. and the late Thelma Louise Clayton in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Rachel was united with Alpha and Omega Holiness Church in Toomsuba, MS at an early age. She graduated from North East High School in Meridian, MS. She departed her earthly life at her home on September 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by (4) aunts; Eloise Wilson, Ella Jean Scott, Lorine Hopson, and Jannie Mae Ramsey (4) uncles: Early B. Hunter, Eugene Smith, Odell Smith, and H.J. Smith. Rachel leaves to cherish her memories, two loving and caring children: a daughter, Kaydenze McAfee and a son, Keeland Landrum both of Toomsuba, Mississippi. Her father: William A. Smith Sr. of Toomsuba, Mississippi. (2) sisters: lvita (Richard) Watts of Meridian, Mississippi and Juanita Watkins of York, Alabama. (4) bothers: William A. (Tammy) Smith Jr. and Travis (Robin) Clayton Sr. both of Toomsuba, Mississippi, Isaac Gowdy Sr. of Meridian, Mississippi and Charles (Sherhonda) Watkins Sr. of Cuba, Alabama. 1 aunt: Annie (Bobby) Napier of Cuba, Alabama. (3) uncles: Douglas Gowdy of Jacksonville, Florida, Lucius Scott of Toomsuba, Mississippi, and Tony Bell of Meridian, Mississippi. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends that loved her dearly.
