As is the case so many times with my job responsibilities, I was out of town as you celebrated Raymond's life. He was a hard worker, encourager and dedicated friend to all of us that worked with him at EMEPA.
His 28 years of dedicated service, his commitment to this community and his training of others continue to make may lives better each and every day.
