Mr. Reo Johnson's Obituary
Reo Johnson was born July 11, 1940 to the Ida Willis Mae Johnson-Brown. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized. He attended Saint John Baptist Church in Marion, Mr. Reo loved to sing gospel (Quartet). He was a member of Gospel Song Birds of Meridian. He attended Middleton Attendance Center in Lauderdale County where he was also a member of the football team. He graduated in 1962.
Reo’s main hobby was working on cars. You can always find him under the hood of a car. He also live watching wrestling (WWE). He was employment by Macmillan Bloedel Incorporated (Paper Mill) for ten years. He gained employment with Lauderdale County and was employed for thirty years before he retired in 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Willis Mae Johnson-Brown and Joe Johnson; one sister, Lottie Clark; two brothers, Joe Lee and George Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories: the Loveof his Life (wife) Mary Johnson; two sons, Michael and Scotty Johnson; two granddaughters, Franchesca and Sharae Johnson; one grandson, Scotty Johnson, Jr.; one great-granddaughter, Chanel Scott; also a number of step grandchildren, Natroha, Tristen, and Diamond; one sister, Ilean Johnson; one brother, Willie Johnson of Meridian, MS. In addition to six sisters in law and a number of nieces and nephews that he left behind.
