Mr. Robert Henry Goodwin was born on October 15, 1950 to Otto Goodwin Sr., and Liza Dumas Goodwin in Enterprise, MS. He departed this life on June 15, 2021 at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS.
Robert Henry attended school in the Enterprise School District. His committed work life of over 20 years of employment consisted of bus driver for the Enterprise School District. He was also a Sanitation Worker for Clark County until his retirement.
Robert Henry is preceded in death by his parents, (2) brothers: Roy Charles Goodwin and Johnny Ray Goodwin; one (1) sister, Mary O. Goodwin.
Robert Henry leaves to cherish his memories: (3) daughters: Shree (Steven) Brown of Stonewall, MS; Roberta McLaughlin and Shanika McLaughlin, both of Hattiesburg, MS; four (4) sisters: Lucille Young of Albuquerque, NM; Charlene Kirk Jones and Alma Kirk , both of Pachuta, MS and Dorothy Hearn of California; five (5) brothers: Larry (Peggy) Goodwin of Madison, MS; Willie L. (Brenda) Goodwin of Meridian, MS; Frank Goodwin of Racine, WI; Otto Goodwin , Jr. of Florida and Jimmy Kirk of Pachuta, MS; seven (7) grandchildren: Carderrian Brown, Za’Kerione, Serenity Brown, I’Mya McLaughlin, Janiyah McLaughlin, Roderick Page, and Rashaune McNair; a special friend, Daisy Thomas of Quitman, MS; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
