Mr. Robert Lee Reed's Obituary
Robert Lee "Boggie" Reed was born June 23, 1965 in Meridian, Mississippi to Nettie Pearl Barnett and the late Clyde Jenkins. He departed this life on Tuesday July 6, 2021 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his wife; Uschi Reed, fathers; Clyde Jenkins and James Barnett Sr. Boggie attended Meridian High School and following high School, he joined the United States Army. While in the Army he served in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Frankford Germany. He was a hardworking, fun loving person who enjoyed telling jokes, being with family, hang out with friends and passing out his priced online purchases. He joined Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where he was very involved and enjoyed fellowshipping. He leaves to cherish his memories, five children, Adria . (Nathan) Gadson, Jovunius Miller, LaKiesha (Melvin) Bush, Roddrick (Clatisha) Crowell and Santwuneese Harris. Ten grandchildren; Lathan & Keiston Gaston, Makiyah & Kaiden Griffin, Natalya & Amari Bush, Asyianna Crowell, & Samantha, Kynidi & Derrick Harris. His mother; Nettie Pearl Barnett, three brothers; Lester Reed, James Barnett Jr., and Michael Barnett. One sister; Debbie Reed, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and a special friend Ms. Tanja Elf.
