Roosevelt Foley was born 1956 in Rosehill, Mississippi. He was one of the eight siblings born to late William and Mittie Lee Foley of Rosehill, Mississippi. He received his education in North Side School in Rosehill, Mississippi. Roosevelt worked for Progressive Solutions for the last 12 years as a Warehouse Personnel Tech 3. He was loved and respected in the community. He was a man with many talents from repairing pallets to assisting with farm animals. Roosevelt Foley enjoyed being around family and attending family gatherings and you could hear his laugh for miles. He loved listening to music, and he used to play the guitar.
On October 16, 2023, Roosevelt Foley departed his life in Hickory, MS. He was proceeded to death by his father, William Opis Foley, his mother Mittie Lee Foley, his brothers Andrew Foley, Fred Foley, and Robert Lee Foley and his sister Mary Thomas. Mr. Roosevelt Foley leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters Tamekia Foley of Atlanta Georgia and Shardae Foley of Hattiesburg, MS; one brother Robert Earl Foley of Enterprise, MS; and two sister’s Josephine Foley of Enterprise, MS; and Annie Chambliss of Milwaukee, WI; and a very special friend Oathe Jones and other relatives and friends.
