Mrs. Rosa Butchee's Obituary
Rosa Butchee was born on July 4, 1930 in Kemper County, MS to the late Dorane McNeil and Floyd Butchee. Rosa accepted Christ at an early age and joined with St. Paul Baptist Church. Rosa had a heart of gold and was loved by everyone she came in contact with. She was a housewife who loved and enjoyed cooking for her family. She also loved going shopping, sewing and spending time with her family and.friends. Her love she shared with all who knew her will be forever cherished. On December 19, 2020, God dispatched his angel to come and bring Rosa to her Heavenly home safely. She answered God's call at her residence in Meridian, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Rush, her parents and her son, Jimmie Rush. Rosa leaves to honor her legacy and cherish her memories her children: Catherine Parker of Meridian, MS, Betty Robertson (Charles Anderson) of Dekalb, MS, Rosie (Gene) Palmer of Meridian, MS, Lola (Willie) Seaton of Jackson, MS, Brenda (Gregory) Green of Fayetteville, NC, Flora (Chester) Clayton of Meridian, MS, Clarence Rush of Meridian, MS and Celia (Johnny) McNeil of Kemper, MS; a daughter-in-law, Onie Rush; a god-sister, Annie Bradley; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and.friends.
