Ms. Ruby Brown Knox's Obituary
Today we celebrate the homegoing of Ruby Brown Knox.
Daughter of the late Jack and Dean Cole Nelson. She is survived by one sibling, Paul Nelson. Ruby was born Feb 6, 1944 and made her transition to her heavenly home on October 5, 2023. Ruby was a great, faithful servant on the usher board at Holy Remnant. At an early age, she gave her life to Christ and began a lifetime filled with compassion by providing selfless service to others.
Her journey with helping others began when she became a Certfied Nursing Assistant, which she remained dedicated to for forty years. During this time, Ruby became a pillar in her community by caring for the elderly and assisting them with household chores and their daily living.
Ruby leaves to cherish her memory: 5 girls Brenda (David) Sowell New Port Virginia, Barbara (Joe) Brown, Fort Walton Beach, FL Georgia (Dennis) Simmons, (Meridian,MS) .
