Mr. Samuel L. Brown's Obituary
Mr. Samuel L. Brown was born on May 16, 1950 in Bailey, MS to Mr. Willie and Mrs. Verda Mae Brown. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined St. Matthew Methodist Church in Bailey, MS. "Sammie" previously worked at Henderson Steel and was known by all in the community as fisherman and sportsman. He loved his neighbors and they loved him. He passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. He leaves to cherish his loving memory one brother; Willie Lee Brown (Bailey, MS), three sisters; Elizabeth Johnson (Meridian, MS), Walterine (Kallie) Woodard (Cleveland, Ohio), and Mae Frances Barrett (Meridian, MS), one sister-in-law; Ruby Brown Knox, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and very close friends. Mr. Samuel L. Brown was preceded in death by his mother and father; Verda Mae and Willie Brown, and three brothers; James, Elijah, and George E. Brown.
