Ms. Sharon Denise Monroe's Obituary
Sharon Denise Monroe of Bailey, MS was born March 30, 1955 to the late Cora Lee Thomas and Clarence Williamson in Detroit, Michigan. Sharon was baptized at an early age. She was a faithful member at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Bailey, MS. On the morning of November 3, 2020, she received her wings in Jacksonville FL Sharon attended Middleton Attendance Center in Meridian before moving to Detroit, MI. She graduated from Murray Wright High School in 1973 in Detroit, Michigan. She returned to Meridian, MS and graduated from nursing school at Meridian Junior College in 1976 and started her career as a Nurse Aide at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. Sharon changed careers and worked for Aramarkfor 12 years and retired from West Lauderdale Elementary School after 15 years. Sharon loved her family,friends and churchfamily. Among the love ones remaining to celebrate her life was the love of her life Johnny Brown; one daughter, Tramika (Michael) Mosley and one son, Romera Monroe both of Jacksonville FL; six grandchildren, Nakia Monroe, Kennedy Monroe, Garrett Darden, Kaden Mosley, Blake Mosley and Ry lie Monroe. She is also survived by her siblings, Evon Monroe, Shelia Wiley, Renee Young, Connie Shannon, David Monroe, Charles Monroe, Flora (Dewayne) Peebles, Emma (Lee) Riley, Lela (Carl) Williams, LC (Juanita) Monroe and the late Alfronette (Johnny) Davis; bestfriend\sister, Kathy Lee and host of aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
