Ms. Shirley Ann Parnell was born March 5, 1961, to Mrs. Vernice Mae Parnell & the late Mr. Willie B. Parnell both of Meridian, MS. She leaves to cherish and keep her precious memory, a loving devoted mother, Mrs. Vernice Mae Parnell. Also, a loving sister Onie (O'nell) Vick, one brother Willie A Parnell, one stepsister Carolyn Powe, all of Meridian, MS one niece, Nicole Seymore of California, four nephews, Vedric Parnell (Tamekia) of Huntsville, AL, James D. Stewart, Von Parnell, Broderick Parnell, all of Meridian, MS. One great niece & two great nephews. A very loving and caring cousin Lisa Young and Lisa Harold. A host of loving cousins and friends and a very special aunt Ida Stringfellow of Meridian, MS.
