Ms. Sylvia Ann Jones' Obituary
Sylvia Ann Jones was born July 21, 1949 in Meridian, Mississippi
to the late James H. Jimerson and Alberta Pickett. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age at Eighth Avenue Church of God.
Sylvia was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her maternal grandmoth-er, Annie Pickett, her adoptive parents, Gladys and Marvin Jones; one brother, Bennie Pickett and one sister, Gloria Sheffield.
She leaves her memory to be cherished by her six children, Tracey Jones, Raveon Armstrong, both of Meridian, MS, Torriuna Jones (Tanika) of Bellevue, OH, Territoranika Jones, Jamarco Jones and Scottashia Jones all of Meridian, MS; one brother, Merrill Jimerson of Meridian, MS; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren; her snook dog, Tynejaris; two very special friends, Lizzie Ball and Pearlie Walker and a host of other friends who were family to her.
