Ms. Tajauna Yvette Reed's Obituary
Tajauna Yvette Reed's wonderful journey of life began on August 9, 1977 when she was born to Tena Reed and Stanley Eric Reed in Martinez, CA. On Thursday, August 15, 2019, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian MS, her journey oflife ended and Tajauna transitioned to a peaceful place. She is preceded in death by grandparents; Tijuana Whigham and Johnny Whigham, Alice Porter and Lavert Reed; her uncle, Robert Lopez and her aunts, Dorothy Reed and Wanda Harris.
Tajauna was known as "TT" to her family and close friends. She graduated from Quitman High School in 1995. She was a faithful member of Anointed Word Church. Although TT was never married nor had children of her own, she loved kids and was a wonderful surrogate mother to many children. Prior to her getting sick, she worked as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut in Quitman.
Cherishing her memories are: her mother, Tena Reed of Stonewall, MS; her father, Stanley Eric Reed of Pittsburg, CA; her siblings, Yvonne Marie (Burton) Landry of Antioch, CA, Michael Anthony Reed of Pittsburg. CA and Lisa Elaine (Friend, Melvin) Reed of Jackson, MS; Godmother, Juanita Diggs of Sacramento, CA; her special aunt, Leilani Burks; God Son, Bryson Staten; God Sisters and Brother, Leona Lee, Coretta Diggs, Arnetta Diggs, and Arnold Diggs; A special sister friend, Zackita Powell; Special Friends, Lula Cooper, Jeanette McDonald, The Morris Family and Veronica Newell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and church family.
