Mr. Tajh H. Forbes, Sr.'s Obituary
Taj Hikeem Forbes was born in Meridian, MS on February 9, 1989 to Agnes Ward and James Williams. At an early age, Tajh joined Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Marion, MS. Tajh graduated from Clarksdale High School. He later attended East Central Community College and Cole Barber School where he obtained a barbering certificate.
Throughout his life, Tajh experienced mant trials and tribulations. Because of his love for his children, he started a transition to become a better man. He spent many hours giving back to the children of the community. Tajh was sadly robbed of becoming a changed man of April 28, 2019.
Tajh was preceded in death by his grandmother and grandfather Sarah and Robert Ward, an aunt- Jerri Morton, great grandmother, Agnes O’ Neal; 3 cousins: Dominic Forbes, Jeremy Forbes and Jessica Osborne.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother and father: Agnes and Tommy Ward (Clarksville, TN); Dad, James Williams (Meridian, MS); a fiancée, Rhonda Lard (Meridian, MS); 4 brothers: Derrick Forbes (Meridian, MS); Andrew Forbes (Clarksville, TN); Anthony Ward (Meridian, MS); Jacobie Naylor; 5 sisters: Ahley (Jeremy) Thomas (Tampa, FL); Jasmine Williams, Janika Hopson, La’Chyra Beasley, LaChara Beasley; his grandparents: Betty and Henry Lee Forbes (Meridian, MS); 7 children: Tajh Forbes Jr., Ta’Kaejah Forbes, Takaelah Jimison, Ziniya Taylor, Kamari Mitchell (Nashville, TN), Jalen Brown nd Xavier Jimerson all of Meridian, MS; 9 aunts; 5 uncles and a host of great aunts and uncles, along with nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Two special friend that were like family- Shannon Lloyd (Ziggy) and Jessie Parker.
