Family and Friends celebrate the life of MS Tammy Wynette Billups. She was born June 28, 1979 in Meridian, MS to the late Johnny Billups and Mable Billups. She found Christ at an early age. She was the sixth of seven children. She was a very Strong, Loving, and Caring person. She put a smile on everyone's face that she came in contact with. Tammy's father, Johnny Billups Sr., grandparents Milton and Laura Ramsey preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memories and to continue her loving legacy to a wonderful daughter, Samiah Parham. Tammy loved her dearly. Departing she leaves her mother, Mable Billups, Six Maternal sisters and brothers: Jimmy Ramsey (Jan Ramsey), Lisa Ramsey, Pasty Grace (Earl), Dennis Burns (Pamela Burns), Darrell Billups (Diane), and Mckenzie Washington (Issac Washington). She also leaves Three Paternal brothers and sisters. Johnny Clay Billups Jr., Marlin Harris and Shirley Billups. She leaves a host of nieces and nephews; she loves them as if they were her own. Four great nieces and one great nephew. Three very close and dear friends, Tamika Thompson, Brittany Williams and Angela. many cousins, family and friends.
