Ms. Taneshia Janiece Rue's Obituary
Taneshia Janiece Rue’s journey began October 21, 2002 when she was born to Marlon and Chiquita Rue in Meridian, MS. At an early age, she accepted Christ into her life and joined Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. She was a 2021 graduate of Meridian High School.
Taneshia was a joy to all who knew her. She loved to dance and sing. She also loved children. She was often a babysitter for her nieces, her nephew G-Man, as well as others.
On March 19, 2022, our Heavenly Father whispered “come take your rest”, and with no hesitation , Taneshia Janiece Rue fell asleep peacefully. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Felicia Ann Rue; grandfather, Issac Smith; and great-grandmother, Fannie Smith.
Her memory will forever be remember by: her mother, Chiquita Rue (Reginald); her father, Marlon Rue ; siblings: Deunta Alford (Shonda), LaSondra Jordan, Shereka Rue, Kisha Rue, and Asia Rue; her loving grandmother, Janice Alford; nieces and nephews: Jamari Adriel Lacy, Ja’Bria Bennett, Gabrielle Fowler, Aiden Fowler, Braylen Fowler, Skyler Rue, Jayden Rue, Dyveana Warren, Aleauna Warren, and Kingston Terrell; a best friend, Marcia Tucker; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Although her time with us was brief, her impact will last for generations.
