Mrs. Temeshia M. Warren's Obituary
TeMeshia Menya Norris was born on December 30 1988 to the late Helen Norris & Lester Ivy, Jr. in Meridian, Mississippi. She was affectionately known to family and friends as Menya.
Menya joined New Salem Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. Menya graduated from Southeast Lauderdale High School Class of 2007. She further her education at MCC where she earned her degree as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was currently employed at Alliance Health Center. She was very kind, loving , & family-oriented. Six years ago, she met & married her best friend, Marques Warren.
On Monday, January 29, 2024, God saw she was tired, weary, & needed to rest, His angels came to lead her up the stairway to Heaven. Surrounded by her loving family, she gently closed her eyes & surrendered to God's command. She was preceded in death by her parents, her maternal grandparents, Lonnie & Dillie Norris, her paternal grandparents, Lester & Minnie Ivy, her sister, Ty'Teshia Stephens, her brother-in-law, Edward Stephens, Jr. Left to mourn her passing & cherish her memories are the love of her life, Marques; her daughter, Me'Iyah; her niece, whom she was raising as her very own, Um'unique; her nephew, C'Quan; her grandmother-in-law: Cherry Warren; three sisters, Sophia Jennings of North Carolina, Kwante & Sabrina Pearson of Meridian. 10 Aunts; Charlene, Joann, Bertha(Ronnie) , Phyllis, Lisa, Patsy, Georgia, Terri, all of Meridian, Dorothy(Chris) of Cuba, & Angela of Lisman; 3 Uncles, Michael(Jaunita) Norris of Florida, Michael(Jametrices) Land & Jerry(Mary) Ivy of Meridian. She shared a special bond with her cousins, Mark, Ray, Ty Mekia, Teral, Allen, Shae, Chell, Lil Mark, Kira, Scooter, Tre, & Deon. Also a special bond with her Uncle Ronnie. 3 special friends, Kim Hales,Trechelle Clay, & Erika Curtis of Meridian. Also to cherish her memories are a host of cousins & friends.
