Mr. Thomas "Billy" O'Neal's Obituary
Thomas O' Neal began his earthly journey February 8, 1953 in Lauderdale County, MS. He was the son of the late Agnes and Henry B. O'Neal. Thomas was a member of the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. Thomas graduated from Northeast High in 1973. His career path consisted of many years and hard work at Atlas Roofing, Mid South Sand Blasting and Ludlow as a forklift driver. Thomas was united in Holy Matrimony to his companion of 40 years Shirley Clay O'Neal and to this union were born two sons, Thomas O'Neal Jr. and Aundrey O'Neal. Thomas departed this earth on September 7, 2014 at Anderson Memorial Hospital. He was preceded ln death by his parents, six brothers, two sisters, one grandson, two sister-in-laws andonebrother-in!aw. His memory will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife Shirley Clay O'Neal; two sons, Thomas O'Neal Jr. and Aundrey O'Neal (Lolita) both of Meridian, MS; two granddaughters Aundresha Dean of Meridian, MS; and Terisa Dunn of Akron, OH; two grandsons, Tony Dunn and Terrell Oun both of Meridan, MS; one great-grandson Raheim Blanks of Meridian, MS; three sisters, Betty Forbes, Earlene Scott(Lee) and Shirley Hodges all of Meridian, MS a mother-in-law, Ida Clay and a father-in-law Charlie Clay both of Meridian, MS; one brother-in-law Robert Lee Holiday (Marie) of Meridian, MS; two sister-in-laws Sharon Barrett (Billy) and Annie Pearl Carter both of Meridian, MS; and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
