Mr. Timothy Graham's Obituary
Minister Timothy Dewayne Graham, aka Timmy, was born August 21, 1972 in Butler, AL to the late Martin Thompson and Diann Ezell. He was their only son and oldest child born.
He was educated though the Choctaw County School District where he graduated from Choctaw County High School, Class of 1991.
He confessed Christ at an early age and joined with Shiloh CME Church in Cromwell, AL. Later on, he rededicated his life to Christ and joined Christ of Faith and Deliverance Church in 2005. He served as a Minister of the Gospel, Sunday School and Bible Study Teacher, van driver to transport members to and from church, and many other capacities he was able to serve in. He was a faithful and dedicated church member. He was also a dedicated Leader of Power of His Glory Ministries out of Baltimore, Maryland under the leadership of Apostle Adeline Ngere.
His secular employment was held with La-Z-Boy in Newton for over 20 years until the company closed down permanently. After the closing of La-Z-Boy, he began his employment with Atlas Roofing until his passing.
Timothy knew he needed a help meet, so he consulted with God and He blessed him to meet the love of his life, Veverly Murrell. They united in Holy Matrimony on May 30, 2001 and to this union, 3 beautiful daughters were born. Not only was he a Man of God, he was also a man who loved his family. He truly enjoyed spending his time with family, playing basketball and football, and enjoying life to the fullest. He was one who everyone loved to be around because he was humble, loving, and funny. He truly knew how to brighten someone’s darkest day.
April 22, 2023, God saw fit to close Timothy’s eyes and complete his race for him to take his rest. He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter, Aaliyah Graham; his parents: Diann Ezell and Martin Thompson; and father-in-law, Jessie Jones.
Timothy leaves to honor his legacy and cherish his memories: his beautiful, loving, devoted soul mater of 27 years and wife of 21 years, Veverly Graham, aka Shann; two daughters: Timia and MaHaly Graham; three sisters: Rita (Tommy) Creer, Francie (Redell) Nash, both of Meridian, MS; and Angela Graham of Marion, MS; mother-in-law, Ernie (Earl) Fortune; father-in-law, Joseph “Jabo” Winston; sister-in-law: Latoya (Tokasha) Watts of Byram, MS; Jana Winston, Jackie Winston, and Anaya Winston, all of Dayton, OH; three aunts: Mary A.
