Mr. Tommie McDonald's Obituary
Mr. Tommie Lee McDonald was born on April 22, 1935 to the union of the late Mr. Isom and Mrs. Octavia McDonald. Although born in Mississippi, he was fortunate to experience living in other parts of the country as well. Tommie made Ohio and Illinois his home before returning to his true home of Mississippi.
Mr. Tommie was an outstanding human being that spent his entire life helping everyone he could. A true hero to some, he was loved by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him. To know him was to love know him.
In addition to his parents, Tommie was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Helen Jean McDonald; one son, George Edward; and three siblings, Leslie, Zula Mae and Annie.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Tommie Earl McDonald (Martha), and James Earl Evans (Latrisha); two daughters, Sherrion Moss (Frank) and Gloria Allen (Net); seven nieces, Bobbie Clark (Johnny), Helen Grace (Genqualo), Octavia Burton (Ellis), Betty Jean Burton, Bonnie Ann McDonald, Diane Casing (Alex), and Christine May (Rudy); three nephews, Albert Butler (Clementin), Robert Moore, and James McDonald, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
