Mr. Tommie Naylor, Jr. was born on October 8, 1941, to the late Hattie Naylor and William Mosley. He was the eldest of 13 siblings. After his mother's death, he was raised by the late Grady and Leonard Moore, Porterville, MS. Tommy loved and cared for his aunt and uncle until their death. Tommie was united in marriage to Florine Watson on September 23 1963. From their union six children were reared, (2) daughters, Shirley Watson-Mosley and Stephanie Naylor-Walker, Meridian, MS; (4) sons, Tommy Naylor, Meridian, MS, Leonard Naylor, Atlanta, GA, Robert (Phyllis) Naylor, Meridian, MS and Walter (Veronica) Naylor, Albany, GA. Later in life, Tommie confessed Christ and joined the Fifth Street Baptist Church. Tommy loved Christ and shared his love for Christ with his family and friends. He was a simple man, who believed in GOD, FAMILY, AND WORK. He was employed with Celotex formally known as Owens Coming for 32 years, upon retirement in 2005. He leaves to cherish (4) sisters: MS, Katie Mcponald, Ft. Dodge, IA, Mary Louise M~Donald-James, Ft. Dodge, IA, Diane (Derrick) MoorbMcShane, Meridian, MS, Earrie Mosley, Meridian, MS, Rosemary Mosley-Walker, Jackson, MS; (3) brothers; James (Diane) White, Porterville, MS, Minister Ronald'(Sharon) Mosley, Decatur, GA, Raymond (Charlene) Mosley, Greenville, SC; a special cousin, E.T. Mosley, Chicago, IL; a special aunt Nancy Jenkins, Lauderdale, MS; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, adopted parents, (3) sisters; Wanda Ford-Moore, Porterville, MS, Lorraine McDonald-Grady, Addie Naylor, Porterville, MS; and (2) brothers James Edwards, Porterville, MS, William McDonald, Porterville, MS.
