Ms. Vanessa Ann Hill's Obituary
Ms. Vanessa Ann Hill was born on March 4th, 1961 in Meridian, MS to the late Mr. William McKinley and Ms. Susie Kate Hill. She was granted her Angel wings on March 26th, 2017 at Jeff Anderson Regional Hospital in Meridian, MS. Her days were always with family and friends. She attended Harris High School in Meridian, MS and furthered her education and job training skills in the Mississippi Job Corps. Vanessa enjoyed family gathering, cooking, and play cards with friends and family. Vanessa devoted her life to Christ at an early age becoming a part of the 31st Avenue Baptist Church family in Meridian, MS. Vanessa was employed by Crescent City Grill as a supervisor. Her last assignment was a housekeeper at Ramada Inn until her health failed. Vanessa was preceded in death by her beloved parents Mr. William McKinley and Ms. Susie Kate Hill. Vanessa leaves to cherish her memory by her two loving daughters, LaShannon Hill-Watts of Marietta, GA and Shaconda Hill of Meridian, MS; one loving son, Cornelius Lashawn Hill; her loving five brothers, illma James (Nicole) Hill, Eddie Charles (Vivian) Hill, William Kirkland Hill, all of Meridian MS; Tracy Levem (Carol) Hill of Russel, MS, Broderick (Deanna) Hill of Birmingham, AL; her three devoted sisters, Juanita West (Felix) Gibson of San Jose, CA, Maria Annette Hill, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Stacey Lavern Hill of Meridian, MS; four grandchildren, one great grandchild; loving nieces and nephews; numerous other relatives. Vanessa was preceded in death by one beloved sister, Wanda Jean Hill of Meridian, MS.
