Mrs. Velma Bailey's Obituary
Velma Bailey was born to Fannie and Jerry Pearson on October 19, 1929 in Lisman, AL. She later relocated to Meridian, MS where she lived out the remainder of her life. She was united in holy matrimony to Mozelle Bailey in 1953. She was a loyal employee of Chic-fil-a for close to 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and 3 children; Jerry Bailey, Mose Lee Bailey, and Belinda Welch, all of Meridian, MS. She leaves to cherish her memory, children Velma L. Bailey of Meridian, MS, James Earl Bailey of Chicago, IL, and Ricky Bailey of Meridian, MS. She also leaves 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
