Mrs. Vera W. Scott was born on October 23, 1930 to the late Mr. Eddie James Wiggins and Mrs. Lydia Julia Shamburger in Toomsuba, MS. Sister Vera W. Scott departed this world peacefully on Monday, October 30, 2017 in the comfort of her home with her son. Sister Scott moved to Meridian, MS where she was united in marriage to Mr. Frankie E. Scott who preceded her in death. She was a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist and remained a faithful member until her death. She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Mitchell and Mrs. Mary Ann Eason; parents Mr. Eddie James Wiggins and Mrs. Lydia Julia Shamburger; two sisters, Mrs. Gloria G. Sims and Mrs. Kathy Watts; one brother Mr. Barry G. Wiggins. She leaves to cherish her memories, her son Mr. Calvin Moss of Meridian, MS; two brothers, Mr. Eddie (Annie) Wiggins of Dolton, IL and Mr. Willie (Janette) Wiggins of Chicago, IL; two grandchildren, Issac D. Earls of Austin, TX and Dorissa H. Moore of Portland OR; a great grandson, Issac D. Earls Jr. of Austin, TX and a host of nieces and nephews.
