Mr. Willie Clay's Obituary
Willie Clay was born on June 25, 197 3 to the parentage of Annie Carter and the late Willie Jackson in Meridian, Mississippi. Willie was a 1991 graduate of Meridian High School. Throughout the years, he worked numerous jobs. At the time of his passing, he was employed with East Mississippi State Hospital. Willie was known/or his kindness and his funny sense of humor. He was that one person you could call whenever you needed a good laugh. He will always be remembered for his hearty laugh and infectious smile. He was the life of the party. He enjoyed taking pictures (if he's not caught off guard), going to the casino (playing the pennies), but most of all, spending time with his family. Willie made his transition into eternity on Saturday, July 1, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Jackson; grandparents: Ida and Charlie Clay, and a host of aunts and uncles. He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wonderful mother, Annie Carter; two amazing daughters: Arneshia Brown and Arleshia Brown; three loving grandchildren: Ava Bridges, Aliyah Wright and Alaysia Wright; his wonderful brother: James Carter (Misty); two enjoyable nephews: Jarneion Carter and Jamal Carter; and his dedicated girlfriend: Michelle Dean. He also leaves a host of other relatives and close friends whom he cherished very much.
