Willie Jim Clemons, Jr. was born to the late Delores Dell Clemons Jackson and Willie Jim Clemons, Sr. on December 20, 1959. During his youth, he attended First Union Baptist Church in Meridian, Mississippi. He was a graduate of the 1977 class of Meridian High School in Meridian, Mississippi. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force. Willie also attended Alcorn State University prior to him moving to Rochester, New York . He worked many years at Bausch + Lomb Corporation and Hammer Packaging Corporation in Rochester, New York. Willie Jim Clemons, Jr. passed on January 26, 2016 in Rochester, New York. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Jim Clemons, Sr. and his mother, Delores Dell Clemons Jackson. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Phyllis Parnell Clemons, sons: Quincy Clemons and Denzel Glenn both of Rochester, New York; a daughter, Jasmine Clemons of Meridian, Miss ; brother, Raymond Clemons and sister Lillian Clemons Wilson both of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; sisters Ruby Clemons Simmons and Angela Clemons of Garland, Texas; and step-father, Huey Jackson of Meridian, Miss.; aunts, and host of nieces , nephews, cousins and dear friends ..
