On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, Mrs. Willie Mae (Walker) Cole, widow (Mr. Russell Cole), and loving mother of 5 children, Jeanette, Shirley, Dennis, Daisy and Beverly, passed away at age 74.
She was born on October 1, 1948, in Prairie, Mississippi to the late Mr. Willie C. Walker Sr. and Mrs. Eddie Rene Bean Walker and bonus parents, Mr. Warren and Susie Cook.
Mrs. Willie Mae was preceded in death by a sister, Ms. Sue Willie Walker; a granddaughter, Nijaha; and a bonus granddaughter, Kimberly.
Mrs. Willie Mae leaves to cherish her memories: five children: Jeanette (Keoshya, Jamario, Jakkita), Shirley (Gregory and Aaliyaha), Dennis and Katina (Maleka, Jamal, Sumayah, Zane), Daisy (Vanitee), and Beverly (DJ, Diamond, Brandon); and several great grandchildren; 3 bonus daughters: Margaret (Sally Ann) (Timothy), Gloria (Boo Boo), and Katrina (Franchesca); brother, Willie C. Walker, Jr.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
