Mr. Willie Earl Cooper's Obituary
Willie E. Cooper, age 66, passed away peacefully at home, June 10, 2019. Born February 11, 1953 in Quitman, MS to Shelley and Ida Louise (Bonner) Cooper, both of whom preceded him in death, along with sister, Maxine, her son, Eric Cooper of Quitman, MS & brother, James Stevens of CA.
Willie joined the Navy during the Vietnam years and married his wife, Charlene Cooper, September 12, 1974 in Tokyo, Japan. Both sons, Alfonso (Stephanie) Cooper & Nestorio Cooper of Mancelona, MI; granddaughter, Quianah Cooper of Kalamazoo, MI; grandsons: Nestorio Jr. of Kalkaska, MI; Alfonso Jr. and Anakin cooper of Mancelona, MI are left to cherish his memory forever.
Survived by 4 sisters, Shirley Deroun & Cynthia Cooper, both from Pittsburg, CA; Gigi Greene & Mary (Carl) White of Killeen, TX.
Willie lived a full life, traveling and meeting old/new friends, spending time with family: niece, Rona (Josh) Amora of Dallas, TX & nephews: Carvin White, Eric Jr & Darius Cooper of Killeen, TX.
