Willie Hubert Mathis, 78, of Meridian, Mississippi, died February 18, 2013 at Rush Hospital.
Willie was born November 25, 1934 in Kemper County to Willie Mathis and Ollie Stennis.
Willie enjoyed and cherished those close to him. He was very outgoing and truly loved his family.
He is survived by his two sons, Willie J. Matthews (Stella), Michael Matthews (Berta), both of Mississippi; his sister, Oradell Cole of Hawaii; sister-in-law, Polly Jean Campbell of Mississippi, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
he was preceded in death by his father, Willie Mathis; mother, Ollie Stennis; brothers, Odell Clark and Jessie Campbell and sister Bertha Mae Walker.
