Mr. Willie C. Smith's Obituary
Mr. Willie Chester Smith passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his home in Toomsuba, MS. He was born September 16, 1969 in Batesville, MS, the son of the late Willie L. Smith and Pearline Jackson Smith. Willie was united in marriage to Elizabeth A. McShane on March 24, 2007. To this union no children were born; nevertheless, they were blessed to parent five (5) children and enjoy eight (8) grandchildren. Willie joined church at an early age, but was baptized in Jesus Name at Free Gospel Temple Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie L. Smith, mother, Pearline J. Smith, sister, Paulette Smith, and step-son, LaDaniel McShane. He leaves to cherish his memories; two (2) daughters Chelsei N. White, Atlanta, GA, Raven Dumas, Crawford, Texas, one (1) son AuJordan Thomas, Meridian, MS, three (3) daughters he raised, Trish (TJ) Brand, Columbus, MS, Samantha McShane, Minneapolis, MN, Tykia Smith, Meridian, MS, four (5) siblings: Neshell (Charles) Montgomery, Meridian, MS Josephine (Melvin) Holesome, Meridian, MS, Frank (Shameka) Smith, Louisville, KY, Tonnie (Crystal) Smith, Pensacola, FL, Sinclaire (Nicodemus) Sacks, Batesville, MS, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
