Mr. Willis T. Hearn's Obituary
Willis Tremale Hearn was born on October 28, 1989 to to Angelia Marie Heam and Dennis Dewayne Miles in Meridian, MS. He departed this life July 29, 2021 in Meridian, MS. Tremale, which is what most family and friends called him, relocated to Quitman, MS at an early age after his mother married. There he was raised by his mother and step-father, Johnnie Dear, Jr. in the Elwood Community. Tremale attended and graduated from Quitman High School where he was a member of the Panther Basketball Team. He attended both Elwood Church of God and Old Oak Grove Baptist Church until his return to Meridian, MS. Tremale was a blessing to many and was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He will forever and always be remembered for his jovial spirit and infectious smile. He had two sons that he adored and they adored him. At the time of his death, Tremale was employed by Dollar General. Willis Tremale leaves to cherish his memory his two sons Kylin Hearn and Princeton Scott both of Meridian, MS; his mother: Angelia (Johnnie) Dear of Quitman, MS; his father: Dennis (Shae) Miles of Frisco, TX; three maternal siblings: Patrick Heam of Gautier, MS, Ashley (Shannon) Lloyd of Meridian, MS, and Aiyanna Dear of Quitman, MS; five step siblings: Kalondya Dumas, D'Iran Dumas, Takerri Cooks, and Ryan Plummer all of Quitman, MS and Shondarius Dear of Gulfport, MS; five paternal siblings: Lavencia “Toot" Miles, Dennis (D.J.) Miles, Kaylor Miles, Aaliyah Miles, and Nyla Miles all of Houston, TX; grandparents: Annie M. Heam and Pearlene Randle of Meridian, MS, and Sharron Sue Dear of Quitman, MS; special aunts: Tanae Clark of Meridian, MS, Valorie (Joe) Hopson of Milford, KS, and Brenda Grimes of Hoschton, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends that will truly miss him. While his time with us was brief, his impact will last generations. May he rest in eternal peace.
